With over 43 years of sailing experience, Chris has spent the past 11 years living aboard full-time, embracing the stunning beauty of Vancouver’s waterways. His deep connection to these waters is unmatched, and his expertise allows him to navigate them with precision and ease.
Having raced competitively for 20 years, Chris’s skills are finely honed, enabling him to handle any situation with grace and confidence. His vast local knowledge gives every voyage a unique and personal touch, ensuring an unforgettable experience for all aboard.
Chris’s unwavering commitment to safety shines through in his 13 years of volunteering with the Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue, and his Transport Canada certifications, including Marine Advanced First Aid, further attest to his dedication.
Above all, Chris’s true passion lies in being on the water, and he takes immense pride in sharing this incredible experience with both Vancouver locals and travelers from around the world.

For over a decade Michal and Chris have been a decade dynamic duo that exudes warmth, friendliness, and outgoing energy. Over the years, their adventurous spirits have led them to collect a treasure trove of stories, which they love sharing with others. They also take great pleasure in hearing the stories of their guests, as these experiences and tales never fail to amaze and inspire them.
Their family grew about four years ago with the addition of their fur baby, Frederick. Frederick has quickly become an integral part of their sailing adventures, taking on the role of their beloved Entertainment Officer and keeping watch over them as they embark on new voyages.
